Request form on your own website
Customers pick free days in a month calendar, then rooms, catering and extras. The calendar shows only free days. Form, widget or API.
Live price estimate from your rules
Hourly or 8-hour block prices, per-person packages with a minimum number of guests, season and weekday rates, or 'on request'. Extras such as equipment and catering are priced per unit.
Several rooms in one request
A plenary hall, breakout rooms and a coffee break together. Each room has its own rules, prep and cleanup buffers, and capacity per seating style: theatre, classroom, U-shape, banquet, boardroom.
Quotes without manual calculation
AI writes the wording of the quote draft, prices come from code, and a person approves before it is sent (unless you switch on instant quote for a booking type). Fully priced requests can use the instant quote option.
Acceptance and deposit by link
The customer opens a link, reviews the quote, accepts it, prints it and can pay a deposit to your own Montonio account. Acceptance of your contract terms is recorded.
Kitchen, guests and invoices
On the quote page the customer chooses a menu and diet counts, and the kitchen gets a sheet. Also guest lists, name badges, a run-sheet, Estonian invoices with reference number and e-arve XML export.
Frequently asked questions
Does it prevent double bookings?
Yes. Double-booking is blocked by the database. You can also place a temporary hold on a room while the customer decides.
Who approves a quote before it is sent?
A person on your team. AI writes the wording, prices are calculated from your pricing rules, and a person approves before sending (unless you switch on instant quote for a booking type).
Do we have to collect a deposit?
No. The deposit through your Montonio account is optional. The customer can accept and print the quote without paying.
What does it cost?
