A form, widget or API on your manor's site. A month calendar shows only free days, and the customer sees a live price estimate based on your own pricing rules.
Pricing the way you work
Hourly rates, 8-hour blocks, per-person packages with a minimum number of guests, seasons and weekdays. Mark any price as 'on request' where you prefer to quote individually.
AI writes the wording, prices come from code
AI drafts the text of the quote; the amounts are calculated from your rules. A person approves the quote before it is sent (unless you switch on instant quote for a booking type).
Accept, print and pay a deposit
The customer opens a link, reviews the quote, prints it and accepts. Optionally they pay a deposit to your own Montonio account.
No double bookings
The database blocks double-booking of a room. Temporary holds, prep and cleanup buffers, and per-room rules for guest numbers and lead time are included.
From quote to event day
Room layouts with capacity per seating style, catering menus chosen by the customer on the quote page, a kitchen sheet, guest lists filled in via a portal, name badges, check-in and a run-sheet. Estonian invoices with e-invoice XML export.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI set the prices?
No. Prices are calculated in code from the rules you set up. The AI only writes the wording of the quote draft, and a person approves it before sending (unless you switch on instant quote for a booking type).
Can customers pay a deposit?
Yes, if you connect your own Montonio account. The customer opens the quote link, accepts it and pays the deposit. This is optional.
What does it cost?
Prices are on the Pricing page. The first 30 days are free and there is no commission on bookings.
Which languages are supported?
The admin is available in Estonian, English and Russian. The customer side (request form, quote, portal) is available in Estonian, English, Russian, Latvian and Lithuanian.
