Fair use. The AI assistants allow up to 40 AI calls per venue per day on Venue and 120 on Pro (at most half of them from guest-triggered requests), plus a monthly AI budget (Venue €2.50, Pro €4.50). When the limit or budget is reached the AI features switch off and quoting keeps working without AI. SMS messages go through your own SMS provider account (Saalo adds no SMS charge); abuse limits are 3 SMS per recipient and 200 per venue per day. No overage fees.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after 30 days?
You pick a plan or stop. If a payment is missing there is a 7-day grace period; then outside requests pause, but your staff keep access to their data and can enter bookings by hand. Your data is never held hostage – export is always available.
Do you take a share of bookings?
No. You only pay the monthly fee, whatever the number or value of your bookings.
What does Montonio cost?
Deposits go to your own Montonio account; Montonio's monthly and transaction fees are between you and Montonio (see montonio.com/pricing). Deposits are optional.
Can I switch plan?
Yes, any time under Billing.
How do I get my price list in?
Paste in the text from your PDF or website. The system builds the pricing rules and you check them.
I run several venues. How does that work?
One account can manage several venues. Each venue has its own plan, rooms and staff. If you run several venues, write to us.
How many rooms do I get?
Up to 5 on Venue and up to 50 on Pro. Need more? Write to us.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice and you pay by bank transfer (14 days). Annual plan: 2 months free (Venue €590, Pro €990 per year + VAT); ask for an annual invoice when your trial ends.
Can I get help setting up?
Yes, optionally: a one-off €490 + VAT (rooms, price rules, form, Excel import, training). Otherwise you set up yourself and get email support (reply within 2 working days) and one free 45-minute onboarding call. Email support is in every plan; the onboarding call is part of Venue and Pro. Extra support is €60/h + VAT.
Several venues or more than 50 rooms?
Multi-venue and larger set-ups start at €199/month. Write to us.
Is the multilingual form in every plan?
On Pro, guests get the form, quote and emails in ET/EN/RU/LV/LT. On Venue they are all in the venue's own language.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added to the invoice.
