Conformance status

Partially conformant

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. This also covers the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements referenced by EN 301 549 (V3.2.1).

The service is partially conformant: the exceptions and unverified parts listed below are not yet resolved. We will not claim full conformance until people who use assistive technology have tested it.

What this statement covers

  • A venue's public page and booking request form (also when embedded on another website as a widget).
  • The quote page and its printable view, the invoice and payment page, the waitlist offer, the feedback form and the customer portal.
  • The product website (home, features, pricing, compare, blog, venue directory).
  • We checked the staff admin area with the same methods, but it is meant for venue staff, not consumers.

What we have done

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone; focus is always visible and never hidden under a sticky header.
  • Pages have landmarks (header, navigation, main content), a logical heading order, and the page language is set.
  • Form fields have visible labels; errors are shown as text, linked to the field, and focus moves to the first error.
  • The price estimate and the result of actions are announced to screen readers (live regions) without moving focus.
  • Text contrast is at least 4.5:1 and field and focus contrast at least 3:1. A venue's brand colour is adjusted automatically when it would be too light.
  • Content fits 320 px width and 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling; touch targets are at least 24 × 24 px.
  • When the device asks for reduced motion, animations are not shown.
  • Nothing requires dragging, and signing in needs no memorising or transcribing (an email link).

Known exceptions and unverified parts

We know about these and are working on them. If one of them blocks you, write to us and we will help through another channel.

  • The service has not yet been tested by people who use assistive technology, nor with real screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Screen reader behaviour was assessed from the code and the accessibility tree.
  • Content added by a venue (photos, descriptions, logos, terms, uploaded files) is the venue's responsibility. For photos without a description we use the room name.
  • External payment pages (for example a bank link or a card payment provider's page) are not under our control.
  • Content a venue publishes around the widget on its own website is not under our control.
  • The HTML version of emails was checked from the code (language, contrast, headings, text size) but not in real email programs or with a screen reader; every email also has a plain-text version.
  • The admin area has a light theme only, and some dense tables (prices, calendar) are slow to use with a screen reader.

How we assessed it

  • Self-assessment, 31 October 2026: automated checks with axe-core (WCAG 2.0–2.2 A and AA) on every page listed above; manual checks with the keyboard, at 320 px width, at 200% zoom, with reduced motion and by the accessibility tree.
  • Automated accessibility tests run on every change.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility problem or need content in another format (for example a quote as plain text, or by phone), write to us.

Email: sellinmargus@gmail.com

We reply within 5 working days.

For questions about a specific booking you can also contact the venue directly: its details are in your quote and confirmation email.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), which supervises LiPS.

TTJA: digital accessibility of services

For venues

  • If your venue provides services to consumers and is not a microenterprise, LiPS applies to you. You can refer to this page in your own accessibility information; you are responsible for making the content you add (photo descriptions, texts) accessible.
  • In Settings you can choose the contrast level for your brand colour ("Automatic" or "High contrast"). The widget and all customer pages use it.
